bignasty pork tenderloin

I couldn't get my wife to put her hand in the frame for a size comparison, but...  this tenderloin she found was huge.

We were out of our favorite marinade base (Allende) ...big oversight. Therefore, I went to work with soy sauce, wusstershire (like that?), Sweet Baby Ray's Spicy Raspberry, minced fresh garlic, fresh garden herbs, and... (for the during grilling portion: corn starch to thicken - allowing the sauce to stay on the meat slab longer).

The marinade had it's way with the pig for four hours or so, and then the corn starch allowed me to ladle the saucy in while grilling.

Yum.
